Bpifrance aid is awarded on application, after review, and is never secured in advance. Aid under the de minimis regime is capped at €300,000 over three rolling tax years. Public grants received are deducted from the Research Tax Credit base, so the order in which you use the two schemes has a direct effect on the total.
