KeyPoint Subvention is the KeyPoint International division devoted to innovation funding. An accounting, audit and advisory firm founded in 2003, serving innovative companies in France.
KeyPoint Subvention works with companies innovating in France across the whole range of public funding schemes: the research tax credit, the innovation tax credit, the IP Box, JEI status, CIFRE and Bpifrance grants.
Our job is to make a regulatory and tax environment legible, which it rarely is, and then to draw from it, for each client, everything it actually allows.

David joined Keypoint International as a partner in September 2024, after a first spell at the firm from 2014 to 2016, senior international roles at PwC and Deloitte, and a position as CEO of an international group with €150M in revenue. A French chartered accountant and Canadian CPA, he combines deep technical expertise with extensive managerial experience gained in Asia, the Americas and Europe.

A chartered accountant with a US MBA specialised in US GAAP, Benjamin joined the firm in 2014 and was made partner in 2021, after solid international experience at Baker Tilly and RSM. He supports international clients, many of them from the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Italy, with their establishment in France and with obtaining R&D incentives such as the CIR, the CII and JEI status.

Valérie has been a partner at Keypoint International since 2003, with deep expertise in accounting, statutory audit, tax, payroll, law, IFRS consolidation and performance reporting. With a background in international audit firms, she serves a predominantly international clientele and works in particular on project management, organisational consulting and business development.

A Dutch national, Rober has specialised since 1980 in supporting Dutch companies establishing and growing their business in France. Co-founder of VM International, now Keypoint International, he brings decades of cross-border experience and in-depth knowledge of the French and Dutch business environments.
