Contact and estimate-review forms: surname, first name, company, phone number, e-mail address, scheme concerned, message and, where applicable, the amounts entered in our calculators together with the estimated result.
Application forms: cover letter and CV, in addition to identity and contact details.
Audience measurement: anonymised traffic statistics, only after your consent.

Responding to your contact and estimate requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Processing applications: pre-contractual measures.
Measuring site audience: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention periods
Contact requests: three years from the last exchange. Unsuccessful applications: two years. Recruited staff: five years. No audience-measurement tool is deployed on this site, so no browsing data is collected or retained on that basis.
Recipients and processors
Data is intended for the KEYPOINT INTERNATIONAL teams authorised to handle your request. It is neither sold nor passed on.
One processor is involved: Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and receives the requests sent through the forms before passing them to the firm by e-mail. No audience-measurement tool is used.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company established in the United States. Browsing the site, like submitting a form, therefore involves a transfer of data outside the European Union. That transfer is governed by the contractual safeguards agreed with this provider.
